Orders

An order is a binding offer to buy once submitted. Acceptance is confirmed on payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payments

All payments are made via M-PESA Pochi La Biashara. Your order will be processed only once payment is verified by our team.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within Kenya. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
