The shop

Lushly is an independent distributor of Forever Living Products in Kenya. All product descriptions, images and prices are believed to be accurate at the time of listing and may change without notice.

Orders

An order is a binding offer to buy once submitted. Acceptance is confirmed on payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payments

Checkout accepts only M-PESA STK Push. After placing your order, check your phone for the M-PESA PIN prompt. Enter your PIN only on your phone. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed automatically. If a prompt fails or expires, retry explicitly from your receipt. Refreshing the receipt will not send another prompt.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within Kenya. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
