What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, delivery address), order and payment information (M-PESA transaction codes, screenshots, order history), and technical data (device, browser, cookies) used to deliver and improve the site.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, verify M-PESA payments, provide customer support, send order and account notifications, and — with your consent — marketing communications. We may also use aggregated analytics to improve the shop.

Sharing

We share information only with delivery partners, payment verification (M-PESA), and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to fulfil your order. We never sell your data.

Retention

Order records are kept for seven years for tax and legal compliance. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
