Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Not eligible

Opened skincare, ingested products and personalised bundles are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original M-PESA number.

Damaged in transit

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund at no additional cost.
